Emotional wholeness allows us to feel and think in the way we were designed. In
this state of wholeness: body, mind, and spirit enhance the functions of each other. When we develop Emotional
wholeness we are enabled to appreciate the pleasures and sadness of life in balance.
Don Hall’s experiences in medical research and counseling psychiatry have taught him the value
of emotional wholeness. He shares these observations in Breaking Through Depression.
Don is a psychiatrist and the practice manager of Riverside
Counseling Center, a multidisciplinary group practice in Leesburg, VA. He enjoys providing Wholeness Workshops
as a way of teaching and learning from participants the way to emotional wholeness.
